8% of monthly rent for homes in Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria (West Valley), Casa Grande, Maricopa, Florence
*3 or more properties receive a 1% discount on monthly management fees
*One and two-year property management contracts available
*One inspection mid lease is included, additional inspections during occupancy are $75
