We decided to buy a house at the start of the pandemic and we were so lucky we picked Val. If I called, she answered and it made all the difference. Val is a people person that is great at communicating. Her contagious enthusiasm and passion will see your transaction to the finish line. She was great at helping me purchase my first home. She shopped with me on the weekends and looked at home on my behalf during the week as I was too busy to do so. Because of my time constraints was able to make an offer (and get it accepted) on a property she insisted I see at least through FaceTime (they wanted all offers on a Wednesday) and I am so happy and now am in a home I love. We love Valerie! Thanks to her suggestion, we bought our home in a city we never would have considered at a price point that we never thought was possible because she truly listened to our needs and wants and had the expertise to give helpful input. We absolutely love it! We loved her enthusiasm, her willingness to work much harder than normal due to the incredibly competitive real estate environment in early 2021 and we appreciated her willingness to work with our specific requirements, despite the challenges that it presented. Once we had our offer accepted, we had quite an interesting experience that nobody could have predicted (some seller challenges). Thank goodness we had Valerie to help walk us through the process! Not only did she do everything she could to help make sure we were comfortable, confident and protected with our decision but she made sure to hold our hand through the very emotional process and ups and downs of a situation none of us had control over nor could have predicted (truly!).
